Return and exchange policies

RETURN  AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

• Returns are acceptable. The customer has to take the opening video of the product which is mandatory and inform us through mail with in 48 hours.
• Then we will check whether the return policy is applicable to the product or not and inform the customer. 
• Next the customer has to send us the original product unused, with all the tags and with neat packing by bearing the to and fro shipping charges, this is applicable for both prepaid and COD orders. The parcel should reach us with in 5 days after delivery.
• According to our brand policies 5% of price is deducted from the original price of the product in case of returns.
• After that we will send same/other product to the customer on their wish.
