REFUND POLICIES              

• In case of returns, we definitely refund customers money into their bank accounts.
• According to our brand policies, 15% of price will be deducted from the original product price and the remaining amount will be refunded to their bank accounts within 24 hours after we get back the product from the customer.
• The customer has to take the opening video of the product which is mandatory and inform us through mail with in 48 hours.
• Then we will check whether the refund policy is applicable to the product or not and inform the customer. 
• Next the customer has to send us the original product unused, with all the tags and with neat packing by bearing the shipping charges, this is applicable for both prepaid and COD orders. The parcel should reach us with in 5 days after delivery, if not the customer is not eligible for refunding.
