Queries about damaged product
DAMAGE ISSUES:
- If the customer gets a damaged product which is very rare as we check for damage before shipping of the product.
- The customer has to take the opening video of the product which is mandatory and inform us through mail with in 48 hours.
- Then we will check whether the return policy is applicable to the product or not and inform the customer.
- Next the customer has to send us the original product, unused, with all the tags with neat packing with in 5 days after delivery.
- In this case we happily bare shipping charges and send the customer the same/other model of product.
